She started cosmetology school in 1997 at Universal Beauty College AKA Toni & Guy and graduated in 1998. She got her experience in higher end salons in the Colorado Springs area and has received extensive education in practical hair cutting techniques as well as color. Her passion for this industry continues to thrive because she is constantly finding ways to improve her skill. Her desire to make her clients feel beautiful is at the top of her priority list. She is consistently continuing her education because she has received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University-Pueblo and continued on to get her Masters in Management from Colorado Technical University. She wants to be proficient in the beauty industry as well as being knowledgeable in owning and managing the business.
